"We were looking for a facility with top shelf infrastructure and assistance for my father. In addition, we wanted my father to have the privacy of his own space. The new, modern layout of the Brilliance facility and many amenities fit our needs perfectly. We also liked the fact the the ownership of the facility has ties to the local community. This will be beneficial to the facility's stature in the community moving forward."

"I have made arrangements for my 90-year old father to become a guest at the new Brilliance Assisted Living Facility in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I chose this facility for a number of reasons, but mainly for it's convenience, amenities, and affordability. Brilliance is a brand new facility currently under construction and in the finishing stages. As such, everything is new. He will have his own bedroom and bathroom. Everything one could ask for in such a facility is there, including a movie theater, workout facility, pool, and lounge. All of the staff I have met so far have been gracious and accommodating, and I have complete confidence he will be in excellent care. We are both excited and looking forward to his future residence there."

"We would like to thank all of the staff members of Brilliance Assisted Living and especially those assigned to the memory care unit for the care and kindness you gave to our father, Joseph Palmer. We know how difficult our father could be. He wanted things done a certain way and it had to be done his way and on his time frame. You quickly learned exactly how to deal with his moods and demands and made him feel comfortable at the facility. Everyone there made Joe feel welcome and helped him in any way that you could. For that, we are very grateful. We tried very hard to ensure that our father did not feel he was forgotten and we visited often. We knew that when we were not there, you were there to ensure his health and comfort. We know he was not one to sleep much during the night and it was a comfort to know that the staff on night shift allowed him to wander or sit with them in the common room so that he was not alone.
Thank you again for all you did for Joe and know that he is finally at peace and with our mother."

As you know my mother, Sara Marsh, is in memory care in Edgewater. She is receiving such wonderful care and so very importantly, LOVE!!!
Recently, she was hospitalized, and I wanted to let you know that there are a few people who have been so great through her recent ordeal. Of course, Debbie, who is in touch with me practically every day, sometimes multiple times a day—even when there isn’t a crisis. I trust her implicitly, especially these days when I am in New York and we’ve got this horrible pandemic! She is so kind and thorough with Mom you might think she’s caring for her own dear family member. The day she was discharged, she was quite confused and of course very anxious. I had lots of calls from her as did Tom Kelly. He encouraged her to leave her room and ask for help. Which she did. From what I understand, Irma spent a LOT of time walking Mom around and calming her down. I am so grateful to Irma.
You have such a great team. When I tell people what a fabulous facility Mom is in, and how she is in exactly the right place, they say they don’t often hear that from other people whose parents are in care facilities. We are so very lucky. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!
